Our Care
At Manor View and Church View, we want our residents to celebrate their lives – every day! We really want them to enjoy every minute that they spend with us. To help make this possible, we ensure that our care staff thoroughly understand the needs and requirements of our residents. We make use of assessments, reviews and discussions (including with residents, their family members/guardians and medical/healthcare practitioners) to devise care plans that are customised to meet resident requirements. Every effort is made to implement care plans effectively, providing support where necessary, but also encouraging independence where possible, so that residents can carry out their lives with dignity and respect. Our digital care plans are comprehensive, efficient and are tailored in consultation with residents, their friends and families and our various health and care partners.
